As a IJCSA Members, we get the training necessary to be confident in starting a cleaning business and the understanding to know the different types of cleaning products used in different settings.  IJCSA equips its members with overwhelming knowledge of the industry and best practices. Having a certification from IJCSA shows you clients that you are knowledgeable about the cleaning industry.

Green cleaning is the use of products and methods that are least damaging to humans, pets, and the environment, including the person performing the cleaning. Removing toxins from cleaning products can assist with a variety of health conditions, from respiratory problems to cancer.

In addition to having positive effects on the environment, a green cleaning program enhances worker health and wellness. Certified safer products improve indoor air quality and reduce absenteeism. As the idea has gained traction within and outside of the cleaning industry, a few best practices for implementing a green cleaning program have emerged. A green cleaning program needs more than just the right cleaning materials to be effective.
