This IJCSA Online Mold Certification and course provides the required 80 hours of training that is needed for certification in the United States and Canada. Once complete with the course you can print a certificate that will be honored in your State or Providence.
Once complete with the certification course you will legally be able to advertise mold removal services in your city or township. Inspect for, and provide mold remediation and abatement services. The current average charge for cleaning up mold is $150 per square foot.
This IJCSA certification course will explain the different tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) used during the inspection process. For each area of a house or building, the course will detail what to inspect for, how to access it, how to identify different types of molds, and the required cleaning and treatments needed if mold is found. The course will also explain the testing procedures and legal requirements used by a AIHA certified laboratory, along with chemicals and treatments needed for professional mold abatement. Example of certificate for validation.
