When operating a cleaning service, great customer service can mean a lot of things. First, show up at your client's house on time or even a few minutes early. This shows them that you are ready and willing to do the job. Second, maintain a positive experience between you and your client. Smiling, maintaining eye contact, and good communication skills are ways to create a positive experience for your clients. Lastly, listen to your clients so you can understand the services being requested.
While assisting your clients, there may be times they become upset. If a customer becomes upset, you will empathize with them and create solutions to try to fix the problem. Once you are finished providing the services requested, follow up with your clients to make sure they are completely satisfied. Always put your clients first.
