Treating others with a smile leads to great customer service. The IJCSA members are well trained and knowledgeable about addressing customers concerns and needed when issues come s up. S.E.C. (smile, eye contact, commit). Listening to the customers with empathize helps create a solution to their problem. Once the staff as a clear understand about the needs of the client they can then address the matter at hand.
Customer service is the biggest and one of the most important parts of any successful business serving the public. Using technical like L.A.S.T. which means listen, apologies, solve and thank. This can help a tough situation resolve the matter, by understand the customers needs and issues regarding cleaning services and or customer services.
