Every business is different in many ways. A business can be ran a certain way, products and services may vary but there's one thing we all have in common and always will and that is keeping our clients happy. At JGI Cleaning Service we believe that providing excellent customer service means having great communicaton with our clients and making sure they know we are someone they can trust. Customer service means making clients feel valued and appreciated. This is done in various ways, sometimes it can be through just a simple smile, manners, asking questions and getting to know them but most importantly by making sure they know we care about them and they are our priority. 

I just became a member of the International Janitorial Cleaning Services Association and I'm so excited to be here. I was not aware of how many courses are available. I am looking forward to growing as a person and learning as much as I can to be able to provide the best cleaning service possible.
