Our company takes advantage of many of its processes by incorporating recycling and reusing programs to maintain high standards of our green business. It is important to us. All chemicals and solution bottles are made with a high ratio of recyclable material and in turn is recyclable itself. Each month, on average, we recycle 15 pounds of plastics from our cleaning bottles alone. Our office uses a water dispenser to reduce plastic waste from disposable water bottles, but filling a thermos or coffee cup we have not only save money, but also positively reduced our waste. When bottles are used (out in the field) we have recycle containers at the office at the ready; this practice has allowed us to recycle just under 10 pounds of plastics. We do our best to have a paperless office. We reuse note pads and write on both sides. It took some time to get used to, but we have saved on trash and actual purchasing of the office materials. When applicable, and a cleaning solution has a “refill” option, we will opt for the low footprint refill bottle and follow instruction to mix in the original spray dispenser.

95% of our office set up, including a mini fridge, with the energy star logo and have automatic “turn off” features and sleep functions. We are not at the stage we can switch out our lighting, but we have slowly began to introduce LED, new generation bulbs, to reduce energy consumption. In addition, and many thanks to the Sarasota County Business Partner Program, we were able to install a new “green surge protector” which, let’s say on a computer station, recognizes that the computer is not drawing power and automatically turns off power to three other plugs. In this case we attached a printer and two monitors, which when not in use should not even use the trickle feature, further reducing power draw.

All of the products we use for business are certified green, organic, and / or green seal products. Not only do the homes and business we visit benefit from this, but so does the cleaning staff; being around chemicals and poison warnings should, in our opinion, be avoided. It is better for our health and our environment.

More and more facility managers are making it a requirement for a company to be green clean certified. Being a green clean service is becoming an industry standard. Although many companies do offer their green clean services they do not implement it into all their clients and accounts. Green clean and eco friendly chemicals should be used by the industry as a whole. Please view the Green Clean directory to view a list of current companies who are certified in green cleaning.

To me good customer service is be able to listening to the customer to find out exactly what they think makes a building clean and well-maintained. Each customer and facility is different. From there I would document as well as remember key elements about their industry, facility and even the individual themselves to help the contractor to meet and exceed that particular customer's needs. We put customers and clients first, and customer service is a priority with us. Always try to continue maintaining open communication so that concerns or problems are identified and resolved quickly before the customer considers looking elsewhere for excellent service.

Good customer service is partly defined by the industry, but a large part of how your company defines it will determine what good customer service means to you. Good customer service is as simple as solving problems and offering solutions in an expedient manner. To others it means overall pleasantness and politeness from those who represent the frontlines of the company. One thing to keep in mind, there isn't a right or a wrong, because the factors of what makes customer service “good” also depend heavily upon what specific things a particular customer may hold valuable or their expectations from what industry competitors do. So the individuals that are helping the customer should just be professional, outgoing, and have a wealth of knowledge about the business.

A&S PRO Property Services LLC will be implementing a green cleaning program to replace the traditional methods, which are toxic and pollute the environment. A green program is non-toxic, eco-friendly, promotes recycling, and will improve your health.  our green cleaning program uses baking soda for the counter tops. Baking soda acts as a natural non-abrasive cleaner. On carpets baking soda will  neutralize lingering odors. We also use vinegar to clean windows, floors, and glass surfaces for a better clean.

While others just offer traditional mopping, we offer green steam. What is green steam? Green steam is our method of steam mopping with our specially formulated green cleaner. The benefits of our green cleaning program will not only help the environment but will also improve air quality in your home.

Green cleaning is becoming more and more popular in the cleaning industry.  Being able to be environmentally friendly while providing my services is something I greatly value.  There are quite a few benefits to providing green clean services from being more appealing to your clients to being conscious of the environment.

Green cleaning products contain no harmful ingredients and are broken down by the environment, eliminating any risks of causing harm to the ecosystem when you are pouring your chemicals down drains.  Apart from being safe for the environment, green cleaning is also safer for people as well.  Clients find comfort in knowing that all the chemicals and products you are using are safe for people who will occupy their facility.
