Since many hotel properties (including ours) often experience high traffic during normal daytime hours, I would utilize this technique to clean areas that would require immediate attention during these times. For after-hours applications, and to simply perform routine carpet maintenance, I would utilize deep cleaning techniques which would require rental of a larger carpet cleaning or carpet steam cleaning machine. Performing this task on a weekly or bi-monthly basis would not only prolong the life of the carpet, but enhance its appearance as well.
