Customer service is essential to have a thriving and successful business.  You must learn your customers needs and provide the best service possible to accommodate them.  It is important to have an established mechanism to listen and get feedback from your customers.  If there is a complaint, you must Listen, Apologize, Solve, and Thank the customer for supporting your business.  In today's business climate, employers must establish a culture where they ensure that co-workers value each other by providing internal customer service for each other.  This will help increase the employee morale and quality of customer service provided to customers.
