Cleaning employees play an importante role in maintaining safe and healthy environments. During their daily responsibilities, they may encounter blood, blood fluids, contaminated surfaces, or sharp objects that could expose them to blood borne pathogens. These pathogens include viruses such as Hepatitis B (HBV) Hepatitis C (HCV), and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Understanding these risks is essential to preventing infections and protecting employees, clientes, and the public.

Employers have the responsibility to provide a safe working environment thought proper training, accesible protective equipment and clear safety procedures. Employees should know how to respond to accidental exposure, report incidents immediately, and follow established emergency protocols. Regular training and communication help to create a workplace culture where safety is a priority.

At Elevate Pro, we believe that professional cleaning involves more than maintaining visually clean environment. It also requires protecting the health and well being of our employees and clients. By understanding blood borne pathogens and applying proper infection prevention practices, our team can provide reliable, responsible, and professional cleaning services while minimizing work place risks.
