Coulee Custom Cleaning plans to implement a professional carpet cleaning program as a natural extension of our residential and commercial cleaning services. Our approach will begin with proper training and an understanding of carpet fibers, construction, soil types, spotting procedures, cleaning chemistry, equipment, and appropriate cleaning methods. Rather than treating every carpet the same, we will evaluate the carpet and its condition before determining the appropriate procedure. Pre-vacuuming, identifying spots and stains, selecting compatible cleaning solutions, proper agitation and extraction when appropriate, and allowing adequate drying time will all be important parts of developing a consistent carpet cleaning process. We also plan to incorporate the same surface-aware philosophy we use throughout our cleaning services by selecting products and methods based on the material being cleaned instead of relying on a one-method-fits-all approach.

As we develop the program, carpet cleaning can become an additional service that complements our recurring residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and commercial janitorial services. We will establish standardized procedures for inspecting carpets, protecting surrounding surfaces, operating and maintaining equipment, treating stains, managing moisture, and communicating realistic expectations to clients. Our goal will not be to promise that every stain can be removed, but to provide knowledgeable, responsible carpet care designed to improve cleanliness and appearance while protecting the carpet whenever possible. By combining professional carpet-cleaning education with Coulee Custom Cleaning's commitment to customized service, we can build the program carefully and offer clients another valuable way to care for their homes and businesses.
