TCES Cleaning Service plans to implement carpet cleaning into our business services.  Now more than ever it is essential that everyone takes their part in lowering the curve of the current Covid-19 pandemic.  Wearing a mask, washing your hands and wiping down surfaces to disinfect the possible bacteria and viruses are imperative in staying healthy and safe.  What most people do not recognize is that the least likely area to be disinfected in your home or workspace are your carpets and upholstery.  It is recommended that carpets and upholstery have a steam cleaning at minimum once per year.  By taking this precaution, customers will be killing any bacteria that lies beneath the fibers of their carpets. This will give customers a sense of pride that they are making their homes and work environments safe for the people they love and work with.  Having your carpets steam cleaned will also get rid of dust mites and allergens that can have a tremendous effect on the air quality in your home or office.

Cleaning dirty carpets also gives your carpet a fresh clean look that will surely make any space feel more lively.  Cleaning your carpets annually will also expand the lifespan of your carpet.  Leave the dirty work to the professionals, TCES Cleaning Services is dedicated to making sure your carpets are clean and safe.

As we know healthcare offices and hospitals are some of the most frequently visited places. And the risks for being exposed to bloodborne pathogens, germs, bacteria, viruses and contamination are greater if not disinfected and cleaned properly and timely. It's extremely important that janitorial staff follow the proper cleaning guidelines for the safety of every human being entering that facility.

OSHA estimate 5.6 million workers in the health care and related occupations are at risk for exposure. These front line workers jobs are even harder now in this Covid 19 pandemic. The overflow of patients entering the facility is at a all time high. Following proper cleaning guidelines assures that each person walking in these facilities can feel safe.

Wearing the proper (PPE) Personal Protected Equipment and sanitizing which reduces the bacteria along with disinfecting to destroy bacteria and viruses in high places will protect everyone. Cleaning healthcare facilities is important because if not cleaned properly not only will it affect the already sick but it affects everyone in the facility health.

Today, more than ever, janitorial staff are an integral part of the operation of commercial facilities.

As the front line workers in maintaining clean and safe work environments, janitors are responsible for utilizing modern cleaning practices to help reduce the spread of germs and disease. Proper training is imperative for the workers to understand their importance in this process.

A proper knowledge and understanding of how each chemical and cleaning process impacts the health of the facility is the beginning of a comprehensive training program.  Each step has a huge impact on controlling the cleanliness of the facility.

Janitors should be proud and recognize the important role they play in today's fight against viruses and germs.

OSHA developed bloodborne standards for any industry that could be at risk of introducing themselves to bloodborne pathogens (not just in doctors offices, and hospitals). Knowing all of the ways to prevent exposure will keep you and your staff healthy and massively reduce the risk of getting infected with HBV, HIV, or other bloodborne pathogens.

It can be contracted when bloodborne pathogens enter mucous membranes (mouth, nose, eyes), or open cuts on parts of the body. Following universal precautions makes it easy to protect yourself from coming in contact with infected fluids.

When you know about OSHA’s practices and regulations, you are better able to prepare yourself, your clients, and your staff prior to possible infection risk. Staff will be trained in PPE wear, proper procedures for trash removal, and cleaning of areas where infection can be.

There are steps that need to be taken in case of a situation where you or your staff comes in contact with a bloodborne pathogen. When you are aware of bloodborne pathogens and the protocol to follow in order to prevent exposure, or if one is unfortunately exposed, you are showing the massive amount of importance your clients, staff, and business are to you- so that all can move safely, and you can keep everyone healthy.

The first step to any business is to receive the training required to succeed in that business.  Luckily for me I have been selling cleaning products for six years now.  So the great part about that is that I have a slight head start because I have learned what works and what does not.   Using my sales experience from working for one of the largest chemicals companies on the globe I am going to implement these skills and build relationships with potential customers and build clients out of all of them.

I have all of my equipment purchased and all of my registration complete with the state.  The most important thing that i need to do now is get certified.  People use or buy services from someone that they know or trust.  That is what brought me here.  With certifications from IJCSA i can list being CCC certified and attract clients, not just customers.   Being certified will build trust.   Using the equipment that i purchased and the training and certifications i received i'm going to spend some time practicing removing stains on scrap carpet, cleaning my own homes carpet and tile and get use to the equipment, types of carpet cleaning, and chemicals used during both or all processes.  Once comfortable its time to knock on some doors!!
