Great customer service is a largely lacking aspect of many business and is no different in the cleaning industry. Caring about one's customers and showing that through great customer service is one of the most important parts of a business. Without it many new business are going to fail.
One of the best places where customer service shines through is with IJCSA members and businesses. The dedication of IJCSA members with their constant need for continuing education in their field is just one way how they demonstrate how much they care about their customers.
After reading through many articles and posts from IJCSA members, it's easy to see how much they all care about their customers. These businesses and members (many of which are included in the IJCSA Business Directory) are all taking time to learn the best way to serve and treat their customers. The future certainly looks bright for all of these IJCSA cleaning companies.
