While hiring a home cleaning services used to be somewhat complicated, it couldn’t be simpler. In today’s world, most professional cleaning services are required to be certified, verified, and undergo thorough background checks. However, this is not to say you should hang your hat on the first cleaning company you come across. A little research and consideration is important!

          Their Services Should Be Varied.

They Must Have a Credible Reputation.

         They Must Offer Schedule Flexibility.

         Service Representatives Must Look Professional.

They Must Have Adequate Equipment and Supplies.

         They Should Offer Free Estimates.

         They Must Have Insurance.

They Should Offer a Personalized Experience.

We also give the some information about the company and cleaning service. We should give the cleaning service daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time.  And we should tell them What kind of cleaning they want it like regular cleaning, or deep cleaning, or spring cleaning.

I can name a few Key advantages of hiring A Cleaning Person Or Company That Has Passed The IJCSA RCS Certification. Firstly, we are more equipped to clean any space, place or outdoor facility that require our services.

The training we receive through the study material and exams taken to get us certified has extensive detailed teachings and course materials to ensure that we are professional at all times.

Secondly, IJCSA members with their training, have the opportunity now to train their employees to now follow requirements for chemical usage, and proper cleaning techniques on any job required to complete.

Thirdly, because our network is so huge and filled with options, you can choose any cleaning company here and still get guaranteed cleaning services, best practices, safety as our priority and so much more.

Bloodborne pathogens are infectious microorganisms in human blood that are harmful and can cause disease, including hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and HIV. Bloodborne pathogens aren’t something people usually need to be worried about and aren’t airborne or infectious through saliva. But for people who work around potential bloodborne pathogen sources and are exposed to needlesticks and other sharp objects that can cause injury, it is very important to understand how to prevent exposure to bloodborne pathogens and how to keep yourself safe.

Any employee at risk to exposure to blood and other infectious substances require BBP certification. Our bloodborne pathogens online training is perfect for healthcare employees, janitorial staff, forklift drivers transporting any pathogens, and more.

In order to reduce or eliminate the hazards of occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens, an employer must implement an exposure control plan for the worksite with details on employee protection measures. The plan must also describe how an employer will use engineering and work practice controls, personal protective clothing and equipment, employee training, medical surveillance, hepatitis B vaccinations, and other provisions as required by OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogens Standard.

Janitorial staff serve a fundamental need in our offices, communal workspaces, and learning facilities.  Maintaining a standard of cleanliness is incredibly important for the well being of the community. Ensuring the basic health of the community is the function of the janitorial professional, and understanding the standards and best practices of the janitorial profession is critical to delivering excellent service to our customers.

We generally expect to walk into a business that is clean and in order, so from a business value perspective janitorial service is critical.  We serve as not only the cleaners of the establishment, but the experts that can consult on best practices and risk assessment of areas.

In the government and educational space janitorial services play a critical role.  Ensuring the safety of our children in the spaces that they learn is an incredibly important responsibility.  Parents, students, teachers and faculty benefit from the janitorial service.

As we learn and teach our staff we also have to make sure the information is understood by implementing procedures correctly. This can start at the beginning with a strong routine at the initial start of a position. When we think of blood pathogens including any line of work we ultimately feel a sense discomfort and unease. This is to be expected but we shouldn’t leave all knowledge learned about HIV, HBV, bodily excretions, etc when faced with a job of this stature.

Start with great routines at the beginning and the worries will be an afterthought. Go in the process believing that all of the bodily fluids you come in contact with are infectious bloodborne pathogens are contained in it. Humans are very guarded by nature and if you know about this, safety in all aspects will be your top priority on and cleaning job you take on.

Leading by example to me is my top priority with both learning and implementation. We will have Interactive safety drills with real scenarios for use proper protocol to respond and solve the problem. Making safety number 1 will prevent long life consequences. Using proper recommendations as far as PPE, handling of waste according to OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogens Standard (29 CFR 1910.1030), disinfectant, sanitizing equipment, & proper disposal of waste.

At SEG, not only are we consumer-friendly, but eco-friendly. Modern times requires change, and we at SEG are adapting to help consumers and the world to be in a better place. Chemicals today have a harmful effect on households and the environment which cannot be tolerated. Little changes today can lead to big changes for the future.

What SEG plans on doing is tremendous for the health benefits for the consumer and environment, as well as for the company. Switching over from base household chemicals to natural green products will leave our consumers feeling safer and have a beneficial outlook at our finances. There will be much reflection and change to our cleaning products and materials. Switching over to cellulose sponges, biodegradable garbage bags, and creating eco-friendly living spaces are some examples. Finally to top it off, using pressurized water vapor. This techniques kills about 99% of bacteria just because of the pressurized water vapor. This is a complete natural technique that is extremely effective.

At SEG, we are confident that switching over to green cleaning will be beneficial to our company. More clientele will come knocking at our doors, but we will be feeling good about ourselves at the end of the day. The company, household, and world will be at a better place because of a switch over from chemical products to green products.
