Well let me tell you a bloodborne pathogen is a transmittable disease carried through our blood and is highly contagious, an example would be HIV or Hepatitis. You can simply pick this up anywhere where blood could have been shed or other bodily fluids such as Hospital floors, a Sharps container or perhaps just an edge of something that cut someone else prior to you.
