Good Customer Service For Janitorial & Cleaning Industry

At a time when everyone is trying to be in some sort of business, good customer service is important. This is  foundational to business success.  While knowing the numbers and performing the tasks are key, if good customer service is not provided, clients will find a business that can provide the tasks in addition to good customer service. 

In the cleaning and janitorial business, there are a plethora of cleaning companies. This means that if the customer feels that you're not providing good service, he/she will easily realign themselves with another company.

IJCSA members receive training on providing excellent customer service to clients. They understand that clients want to be heard, understood and cared for. They know the  importance of smiling, providing eye contact and commenting. They can clarify the situation and create solutions for the client. They understand the importance of following up. 

These attributes provide an added bonus from a customer perspective, presents the company as value driven and encourages repeat business.
