Good customer service is going the extra mile in making sure your customer is happy and satisfied with the service received. Cleaning staff provide service that is attentive and completed in a timely manner. Implementing good customer service practices in your janitorial business not only create longevity business relationship, but many referrals by word of mouth. Although sometimes janitors are looked down on, people are well aware of how we reflect positively on the company or business we service.
