Living in the South I have found due to humid and very hot weather mold grows like wild flowers. And loves a hot humid area I have implemented a mold treatment in my daily cleaning routine in clients  homes especially in the bathroom and kitchen areas before i clean i look for unusual colors in corners and on walls mold has stages of colors i have noticed pink, yellow and black colors of mold I use bleach mixed with water to treat the mold I spray let set for about 10-15 minutes while cleaning another area go back scrub where I see the mold and wipe area with dry cloth if its a weekly cleaning I will observe the areas where the mold was growing and every other week repeat the bleach and water treatment it works for me.

One time cleaning I will notify client of the mold growth.

IJCSA tends to take every aspect of the janitorial business very serious. Starting from the ground up with varies types of certifications. They are all VERY important certs regarding the industry but the customer service certification is the most valuable to a company.

Find A Professional Janitorial Service Here.

Customer service is the first service a client actually receives from a company before a job is even started. If you draw the customer in with proper greetings and attention they want, they could possibly find a different company to hire. A Lot of people do not know exactly how to address a customer who is needy or upset over a poor service provided. IJCSA teaches that quality every company should adapt and practice daily.

At Reflections Cleaning Service green cleaning is top priority. The green cleaning certification offered by IJCSA gives its members an opportunity to introduce something that is safe, cost effective, environmentally friendly and sustainable to our customers.

After completing the green cleaning program, we have implemented the program in our company. We are proud to be a member of IJCSA who takes great pride in educating its members on how to operate an organization that makes us all proud. The green cleaning program makes us more aware of the harmful effects regular chemicals can cause, there are health benefits to building occupants and the environment when you use green cleaning products.

To be honest i have never put time into seeing why going green is so important. I just thought it was a hippie word to bring together world peace; silly i know. We use top of them line chemicals known well in their industry for whatever purpose it maybe. Never once did i actually look up the ingredients to see what they were

After hours and hours of research and taking this quiz i will change over to a full green company as soon as possible; no im not greenwashing (; I will go through all my chemicals and replace them with eco friendly or natural made cleaners. Who would have known the horrible things the products we use EVERY day can do to our body. Simple things such as deodorant and shampoo can be harmful!

Nothing is truly clean unless it is "green" cleaned by one of our green companies listed on the IJCSA.org website. Companies can easily be found in our Green Cleaning Service Directory located on our site. Keep dangerous chemicals out of your lives and possibly your children. The knowledge these companies were required to learn in order to get certified is rigorous... Save yourself and save your planet but going GREEN
