At Reflections Cleaning Service green cleaning is top priority. The green cleaning certification offered by IJCSA gives its members an opportunity to introduce something that is safe, cost effective, environmentally friendly and sustainable to our customers.

After completing the green cleaning program, we have implemented the program in our company. We are proud to be a member of IJCSA who takes great pride in educating its members on how to operate an organization that makes us all proud. The green cleaning program makes us more aware of the harmful effects regular chemicals can cause, there are health benefits to building occupants and the environment when you use green cleaning products.

To be honest i have never put time into seeing why going green is so important. I just thought it was a hippie word to bring together world peace; silly i know. We use top of them line chemicals known well in their industry for whatever purpose it maybe. Never once did i actually look up the ingredients to see what they were

After hours and hours of research and taking this quiz i will change over to a full green company as soon as possible; no im not greenwashing (; I will go through all my chemicals and replace them with eco friendly or natural made cleaners. Who would have known the horrible things the products we use EVERY day can do to our body. Simple things such as deodorant and shampoo can be harmful!

Nothing is truly clean unless it is "green" cleaned by one of our green companies listed on the IJCSA.org website. Companies can easily be found in our Green Cleaning Service Directory located on our site. Keep dangerous chemicals out of your lives and possibly your children. The knowledge these companies were required to learn in order to get certified is rigorous... Save yourself and save your planet but going GREEN

Green cleaning is one of the benefits that more businesses are utilizing.  Participating in IJCSA Green Cleaning Certification Program was very insightful.  I've personally had loved ones that were effected health wise  due to daily encounters with harmful chemicals and food.

CNV Services will gladly implement a green clean service with our commercial cleaning accounts.  Actively using green cleaning products will most importantly help our clients.  After learning about the effects of using harmful chemicals, I personally wouldn't want to feel responsible for potentially causing clients harm.  Also, using green cleaning products will benefit my employees.  Ultimately green cleaning is being efficient and getting back to nature.

One of the advantages of being an IJCSA member is the access to resources for  one low cost.  A very good resource is locating Green Cleaning Providers by using the Green Cleaning Service Directory.

Did you know this about Alkyl phenoxy polyethoxy ethanols - that Researchers in England have found that in trace amounts they activate estrogen receptors in cells, which in turn alters the activity of certain genes. For example, in experiments they have been found to stimulate the growth of breast cancer cells and feminize male fish.  Yet, it is found in: Laundry detergents, all-purpose cleaners, hard surface cleaners.

Did you know this about fluoride - that it is more toxic than lead, and only slightly less toxic than arsenic.  Also did you know this about fluoride - for Children under 6, who have not yet mastered the art of not swallowing dental products, should probably not use them, as there is enough fluoride in them to be fatal.

The above information and much, much, more is available in the "Green" certification process.

Customer service should be at the center of your company’s core values.  In fact, not just customer service but excellent customer service.  Here are some examples of excellent customer service: courtesy and polite service to all staff and customers; understanding and addressing the customers’ needs; follow-up even when not required; addressing issues promptly, to the customers’ satisfaction; and understanding that every employee or hired independent contractor is responsible for exemplifying excellent customer service.

The members of IJCSA (IJCSA Business Directory) that I have had the good fortune to connect with have been very helpful and responsive to my needs. Even when I asked some basic questions, I did not get the sense that they felt , “I cannot believe he asked that question.”  I am quite pleased with the customer service provided by IJSCA members.

To get streak free glass and windows add 1/2 cup of  vinegar to a gallon of water put in a sprayer and apply. using recycled materials such as newspaper will leave behind a wonderful appearance and a very happy customer. Vinegar can also be used as a defoamer in a carpet cleaning machine recovery tank! The list goes on and on!
