Currently, I have used only water with detergent to clean mold in area that I have had issues with when doing mold remediation. I know that this is the most appropriate was to remove and clean after a mold issue. I haven't had to use bleach or a biocide as a additional cleaning product. I had recently read this when researching with the EPA a few month ago and have had successful results with no return of mold after remediation.
