Customer Service Is Vital!

Is the customer always right?  Some would say it is debatable, but one thing is definitely certain.  Your business will be a direct reflection of your customer service.  

Your business will flourish if you are attentive to your customers.  Your customers matter.  Their opinions matter.  Their feedback matters.  Your expertise in your craft is very important however, if your expertise does not correlate with the customer's needs then the customer is not satisfied.  This is a bad reflection on your business.
