During the planning  and implementation of a crime scene cleanup and janitorial business, I began to see the importance of having a carpet cleaning service available. While cleaning up after a tragic events or simply preparing a home for sale, carpet cleaning is a definite step in preparing or restoring an area. I plan to implement my carpet cleaning service immediately which will allow my company to handle cleanup for any request. I am purchasing a commercial grade carpet and floor cleaner. During the advertising of our services I can include cleaning of carpets and upholstery that have been affected by stains, pet and other odors, blood and body fluid contamination and continued regular maintenance/care of a customer's carpeting. By being a certified IJCSA member, I have the tools available to research on proper removal of odors and stains that might otherwise be difficult for a small business. I am able to build a step-by-step program for cleaning and for employees to utilize to perform carpet cleaning to the highest degree and satisfaction to a customer.
