What is the most important question that a business owner can himself, if it took you more than 3 seconds to answer that question there is a good chance that you are not maximizing the true potential of your business. The most important question what is great customer service, the answer to this question will take your company to new heights especially in the cleaning business.  In this article I will share with you the strategies that myself and IJCSA members use. always be aware of what your customer wants, they want to be heard, to be understood, and to be cared for.  Listen to the customer, be emphatic to the customer, create solutions for your customer and always FOLLOW UP.
