Customer Service and it's Benefits

Great customer service requires a few things, which includes good communication, understanding, listening to the customers problems, confirming what you understand about the customers problems, come up with a solution to the problem, and most importantly of all, follow up with your customer/client via phone call, email, or text message. The International Janitorial Cleaning Services Association (a.k.a.) IJCSA is known to be a janitorial industry. It has 17 members representing 13 independent cleaning services and all 13 cleaning services receive great reviews for having fantastic customer service.

It's imperative to have good customer service because when you satisfy a customers needs, they advertise for you by talking about your business to family and friends. You're good work advertises for you and will draw new customers to you. With good customer service, you will not have any problems getting new customers or worry about losing old customers.
