It is extremely important to have all cleaning staff trained in the area of bloodborne pathogens for multiple reasons, but mainly to ensure worker's health. It will benefit a company as a whole to have the piece of mind, knowing that their employees are practicing safe habits.

Not only will employees be grateful, but employers will be able to promote the safe practices of their company in advertising and in selling services. Nobody wants their employees to get sick, especially as a result of the employer not providing the proper training to the people they depend on.
