Customer service is the base in which all great companies are founded. In fact a lot of times customers will flat out pick a company based on comments and recommendations made from other customers. 

Great customer service is doing your job with a higher purpose. When you do your job with a higher purpose in mind you have the customers best interest at heart. Therefore you will be honest, friendly and will do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Members of IJCSA are great at customer service. So much so that one of the first certifications that you must take prior to moving on to other certifications is the Customer Service Certification. This ensure that those moving on to other certifications are engaged and purpose driven individuals with their customer's best interest at heart.
