Customer Service with the IJSCA

Customer service is a key component of the janitorial and cleaning industry. This is why all members of the IJSCA make it a priority to understand exactly what their customers need. Our Members listen, understand and then always make sure the customer is cared for and that their needs are 100% taken care of. 

To ensure IJSCA members consistently adhere to the highest levels of customer service we ask our members to remember three key principles. Firstly, always listen to the customer. By listening, IJSCA members can then accomplish the second principle which is to fully understand what their customer’s specific needs are. By accomplishing these our members can deliver the most important principle which is providing the customer with the right solution each and every time.
