Having good customer service in the cleaning industry is extremely important. The IJCSA members  practice good customer services on a daily basis. We put customers and clients first and make customer service our number one priority.  

Good customer service starts with becoming aware of what the customer is dealing with. Listening to the customer is he most important part of customer service. Being clear with customers is the best way to handle issues. All the customer wants is to be able to explain what they are going through and want to know we are here to help and to fix the situation at hand.
