MANILA, Philippines - A Philippine janitorial services company is now targeting to hit P1 billion in profits in the next two years.

Edilberto B. Bravo, chairman at Facilities Managers Inc. (FMI), said there is increased pressure from companies to be more cost-efficient and as a result, these are contracting out services to specialists like themselves.

FMI holds the Philippine master franchise of US-based The Service Master Co. This year FMI expects earnings to reach between P550 million and P600 million.
