Now for being a employee it is very important that he / she understands what green cleaning is all bout and or consist of because this process is being integrated in all work environments across the United States. so with that being said i strongly believe that all employer's in the cleaning business / industry need to educate, develop, and train there employees because with today's world and with new scientific discoveries on all fronts are cleaning solutions and chemicals are changing for the better and on a daily / regular basis because the newer technology the more advance we as society become so in return its coming to the point where scientist can determine what is toxic to humans and what is not toxic to humans and what is harmful to humans and what is not harmful to humans. so it is crucial that a employee knows because not only does he / she need to know what kind of solution / chemical that there using in the work fields and environments but it gives them the knowledge of knowing that there not creating any health risk, or concerns along with any secondary damages to any human with in or around the work areas...... so with that being said all employees need to educate and learn about green cleaning process with in there companies HR department..
