IJCSA members know the importance of why it is imperative that businesses keep their carpets clean at all times. You can win customers easily and you can lose them just as fast. Your customers want to feel safe and secure when they enter your establishment. Part of the security is a sense of cleanliness.

Carpets unfortunately pick up everything. We walk on them, drop things on them, like food, materials, etc. If not properly maintained, carpets can become a trap door for bacteria, germs, and mold. For my customers who require carpet cleaning I will perform an analysis focusing on type of carpet, size of area and how much foot traffic the carpet has during normal business hours. This will enable me to determine the frequency of the cleanings.  I will also try to perform the carpet cleanings on the weekends if possible, to avoid interfering with business.  Keeping the customer informed of future carpet cleanings way in advance is must do in terms of maintaining great customer service.
