Customer service is one of the most important things to any business. This could be for a number of reasons, including that you have a job. Foremost, it would be difficult for a company to survive without customer service, as there would be no one available to handle payments or answer questions from prospective customers. Customer service is sometimes the only contact that a customer has. If this initial contact does not set the tone, that could mean a lost client. 

It is always important to put the customers first and make sure you go above and beyond for each customer. When you make the customer feel like they are a priority this will set the tone for repeat business. These people will likely tell their friends and other people. This could actually make or break your company. The priority is the customer and to make sure the utmost customer service is always given.
