How many times have you walked into a business and the person helping you had a horrible attitude, wasn't friendly, nor helpful and couldn't seem to help you with any of the things you needed help? Leaving you walking out of the business asking why that individual is even working there, and mostly why are they doing a job that consists of customer service if they don't to service the customer's properly.
