Customer service is equally important as the services provided in any business. Customer service begins before the sale and ends well after the commitment is finalized. Not only does a great CS strategy set the business up for success, it also sets the tone for repeat business and referrals.

One of the great things that we have set in practice is the idea of under-promising and over-delivering. We avoid false promises and extra pressure to perform with barriers we had set up for ourselves and open avenues to fail. Rather, we set a standard of expectation and understanding. When met and exceeded, the perception is always positive of the company and employees. Better to go above and beyond when you can that to always come up short.
