Without customers, we would be out of business.  Therefore, listening to our customers and providing the highest quality service to them is essential to our business model.   Adapting to our clients ever changing needs is important.  This applies to all members of a company.  The culture of a company starts at the top but is felt at all levels.  The employee that faces the customer is the key person who can obtain first hand knowledge of how the services are being perceived by the customer and is the one who can adapt immediately to requests by the customer to meet their needs.
