As an IJCSA Member 3A Services see customer service so much more then assiting an customer with a problem.We see communicating and listening, to better understand our customers help us to become better in every area of our services. Good customer service starts with the employer and also the the employees. As long as the time is taken to give good customer service, most time it should take a turn to satisfaction for our customers as well as business.
