To start this, I feel it should be said that, well ignorance cannot be taken into account. When we clean, we subject ourselves to so much danger; that infact I feel we should charge hazard pay. You have no clue what kind of obstacle that is around the next corner.

As cleaners from toilets to counter tops to chairs and laundry germs and worse are there. Wither it be a lonely syringe left in the garbage can, or something as natural as childbirth, blood and disease, infection, or scare can happen. Staying calm and knowing what the next step and procedure is. Could very easily save your life.  

The knowledge of its very existence should make you rember to always keep a close eye on what you are doing, when it comes down to it cross contamination is something we all need to keep in mind when it comes to our equipment, dont be cheap do it right the first time. And always keep your manuels close at hand.
