Great customer service means being patient and listening to what the customer has to say. Using the LAST technique is very important. Always show concern for delivering the best cleaning service you can to your customer.

Always be willing to solve the problem (if possible) in the best way possible. Providing great customer service goes far beyond just doing a good job, it is being open to understanding what the customer needs and the best way to make them happy with the whole situation.
