How our city looks reflects on everyone and we want to let the public know that we care. and when people do come inside one of our buildings we want them to be able to enjoy it. And that goes for our co workers as well. if we address a mess that opens up free time for someone who isn't a janitor to focus on their task. instead of having to ask when their office trash that's been over flowing all week will be taken out. if we address the small things that frees up time for our co workers do address the big things.
