Complete and Thorough Cleaning

IJCSA certified members will do the most complete cleaning job possible. IJCSA members will clean almost every major surface in your home, from curtains to carpets, and everything in between. Certified members won’t shy away from the dirtier parts of house cleaning, and they won’t leave a job halfway done.

Proper Tools and Products

IJCSA certified members will use the right cleaning tools and products for any job. No one tool or product can clean every kind of dirt from every surface, and some cleaning tools and products will actually damage certain materials. Many cleaning products can be dangerous to your health if used without taking proper precautions, or if mixed with other products. That’s why it’s so important to have a certified professional, who knows which products to use when, and how to use them safely.

Proper Techniques

In addition to using the right tools and products, IJCSA certified members will use the right cleaning techniques. Good techniques are necessary to clean your home thoroughly and without damaging your property. Generally, rooms will be cleaned from top to bottom, so that dirt never falls from an uncleaned surface to a cleaned one.

Customer Experience

Your experience as a customer is important. That’s why, as a prerequisite to a Residential Cleaning Certification, IJCSA members must also pass a Customer Service Certification course. When you hire a certified member, you will receive the best customer experience possible. You and your property will be treated with respect. Any personal items that have to be moved during a cleaning process will be returned to exactly where you left them.
