I plan to implement my carpet/ rug care program by starting out with doing the due diligence and studying all chemical solutions, and carpet types from A-Z. After launching my carpet cleaning business, I plan to market to new customers by creating a unique selling proposition. I will then the find the best and suitable software to manage my invoicing and scheduling. Once I obtain clientele, I plan to execute by creating detailed orientated steps that include pre spraying, sanitizing, deodorizing, rinsing and extracting that are detailed oriented and solutions that are unique. Also, part of my unique selling proposition is creating information pamphlets to give to my customers after the job is complete on tips to manage their carpet with foot traffic and environmental conditions.
