Doing work as an EVS employee throughout the casino industries showed me how important it is understand and utilize great customer service skills. working in that type of environment i've come to notice that you encounter different people everyday and majority will always have an issue or complaint about the property, and knowing that it is our jobs to take care of the guest and help with a solution to give the guest an exciting experience while visiting the property. The IJCSA Customer Service Training Course helped me to understand these grey areas and also helped me connect with guest to better their needs and to properly handle different situations that may occur during their stay. This course is designed to provide us who are apart of the IJCSA a more professional outlook when in communication with a guest as well as how to approach and identify certain issues that are brought to you. The importance of this tool is to learn how to tend to the needs of all customers and guest when engaged, and keep consistency there on after.
