Importance of Customer Service in a Cleaning Business

I've worked in customer service pretty much all my life from retail, banking, mortgage business, insurance sells, to cleaning. In every type of business that requires customer service; communication is key. Being able to understand a customer/client needs and following through with them is the bottom line of a successful partnership.

I have learned that in the cleaning business world, when you treat your clients as friends instead of just a means of a paycheck that they receive you as trustworthy, reliable, and dependable and also someone they can call on in their cleaning needs. I hope to learn more from the courses I'm taking with IJCSA, https://www.ijcsa.org/Find-A-Cleaning-Service-Janitorial-Service, and can add these courses to my list of reasons that I can provide my customers with a professional cleaning experience.
