They way I plan to implement a Green Cleaning Service in to Cherish Lou Cleaning Services, is by assembling a plan and my team so that we know what we need to do and make sure everyone is on the same page. I want to make the environment better for myself, employees and clients.

I will make the necessary steps to getting everyone certified in Green Cleaning Service through IJCSA. This will give us the knowledge on what products we are going to be using and what chemicals they have in them, we will learn what products are not to be mixed together so that it wont be any danger. We will provide any additional necessary training we need to have knowledge on any chemicals we might be using.

We also need to come up with a plan and budget on making everything a success, most green products are costly so we have to plan accordingly. Having this certification, will have a lot of benefits for us as company and for our clients cause they will know why we are doing this.

The green cleaning product that I have used is Seventh Generations and Meyers. I love the way both of them clean, they get all the dirt and scums off surfaces, and the smell is just wonderful and fresh. These products are wonderful especially with my daughter having allergies and health problems I am able to choose from a variety of those products dealing with that.

How being Green Certified will benefit my company is that it would be very helpful for my residential and commercial clients, especially my workers. They come in contact with these products almost every hour and everyday, we want to make sure they well knowledgeable about any cleaning products that we use or what can be good or bad. Using these green products in homes could go along way for the families, without having them to wait to cause we used chemicals that are loud.

You will have the knowledge and tools to know which chemicals are bad to mix together, because it could be harmful or dangerous. We want to keep everyone that is around safe and healthy.

In every household, you will find a cleaning product that has a chemical that is consider as harmful to you and the environment. These products could include chlorine and sulfuric acid. Each cleaning product has its pros and cons. It might clean and disinfect 99.9%, but it will have that loud harmful smell to it, which could cause problems.

Now, many homes are trying to or has already made the switch to GO Green which is actually good and better for the environment. It could help with people who have allergies, and help reduce the chance of anyone getting sick. This is also good for the workplace environment it reduces the workers safety issues.

One chemical that is mostly found in household cleaners is Butyl cellosolve, also known as butoxyethanol. Its a toxic synthetic solvent ans greaser cutter that can irritate mucous membranes and cause live and kidney damages. It can also depress the nervous system and cause a variety of problems this chemical ingredient is found in spray cleaners and all-purpose cleaners.

When using natural cleaning products, you end up using baking soda, which cleans and deodorizes. Then, you have lemon this is effective against most household bacteria. These products is not harmful to you or the environment.

If you are planning on switching to green cleaning, you have came to the right place cause IJCSA has members that are certified in green cleaning, if you just click the link below for the Green Cleaning Directory for companies in your area. They are trained and certified to get the job right.

    Hello,

I am Ieisha Beatty the owner of Cherish Lou Cleaning Services, we have made the switch to Go Green within the business. We have taken the step to gather all the necessary information that we need to be successful in this process. By doing that we did research on each green cleaning product that we will be using and documented each ingredient that is in it, and if it would harm a human being or animal. First and foremost, we are certified through IJCSA with the Green Cleaning Certification,  so we have the knowledge of what products are what and what they have in them, or what products are harmful when mixed together.

We also learn what green products are and how they benefit the environment and the people. Any products that I use I will have a list that comes with my sign -up service packets or if you would like one to be emailed to you. I want my clients residential or commercial to have a nice, harmfulness environment where they are able to breath fresh clean air, without having to hold their noses or cover them because of the harmful loud smells. I have already implemented a plan to go into further research of the green cleaning to make sure that I am helping the environment in the right way, making changed to budget because green products cost more.

I want to make sure that everyone in the company is on board with everything that I am making a change to make the clients and employees feel safe. IJCSA has giving me all the knowledge and tools that I need to go through this process.
