I am happy to take these courses with IJCSA to further my career. The members of this Service are special and dedicated to offering the best service to their clients and I am proud to be a member.

Universal precautions are safety precautions used with every client. Since you cannot identify every client who may transmit infection, you must treat all human body fluids as if they were known to be infectious. Handwashing is the single most effective means of preventing the transfer of infection.

More than 10 million bacteria are on a typical office desk ---400 times more than bacteria than found in the average toilet seat.--Which means that typing an email or making a call puts your at risk of contracting infections.

Germs and Viruses are all around us --Everyday we each breathe in over 100,000,000.They spread to the nose,mouth,or eyes,by sneezing,coughing or rubbing of eyes and then can be transferred into others also by hands to food or even animals to people.

Company ABC, Inc., owner Jack has been considering green cleaning for several years.  His business is in a downturn and adding green cleaning, may be the perk his business needs.

Jack reached out to IJCSA.org/Green-Cleaning-Services and enrolled himself and staff in the green cleaning certificate course.  Upon completion of the course he added green cleaning to his website and business cards.  He promoted no harsh chemicals, biodegradable products and envionmentally friendly on his website.

Jack quickly started receiving calls for green cleaning and he took on severral new profitable residental and commerical cleaning clients.  His employees felt positive abot the ABC company they worked for and moral improved.

Green cleaning is the future and Jack's decision to implement the practice boosted his business by 22%.

Currently, my employer does not offer green cleaning.  Now, after taking the green cleaning course, I will petition my employer to consider the vast benefits of green cleaning.

I will develop a cost anaylsis chart proving the cost savings with green cleaning.  Currently we purchase expensive glass cleaners, disenfectants, fabric freshners and all purpose cleaners, etc.  I will chart for them the gross savings of purchasing large quantities of vinegar, baking soda, borax and lemon.  I will give them mixtures and request their housekeeping staff test the new green products.

I beleive this will sway them into adapting green cleaning!

IJCSA is the best place to gain knowledge of cleaning and cleaning related matters. Before I let any of my office admins out of training, they MUST pass a customer service certification through IJCSA so I know I can trust their skills.

 Their experience with training in customer service out does any other organization. I am happy to extend my knowledge and the knowledge of my employees in order to better take care of my clients.
