By the nature of what we do, IJSCA members are engaged in customer service from the very first interaction with customers and clients.  Our job is to solve one or more needs for our customers with the knowledge, skills, and attitude with possess.  Our customers and clients place their trust in us. Therefore, we must ensure that they always feel good about that decision.

Excellent customer service skills are a requirement of successful businesses.  Current or perspective customers can choose from many providers.  Excellent customer service skills often is a differentiator and can be the edge that helps you obtain new customers and retain existing customers.  IJSCA shows us just how important customer service is, and how serious they take customer service, by dedicating an entire course and certification to  customer service.  Truly refreshing.
