The implementation of a mold cleaning operation is vitally important both to the integrity of a building and the health of it's residents. Of particular importance to buldings in humid areas, flood-prone zones, and older buildings (mine in particular is over 100 years old), a regular routine of inspection, treatment and cleaning is critical.

Especially with the above-listed situations, a constant vigilance is needed for any building, as moisture that can trigger mold growth can come from plumbing, compromised roofs and windows, and everyday spills and messes. By having such an operation in place, one can minimize and negate the risks of mold, such as building damage and serious health risks.
