We offer FiltaFry FiltaBio for anyone with commercial kitchen fryers. This is a microfiltration of the cooking oil to make it last longer, vacuum based cleaning of the fryer at each service, and then removal of the oil (grease bin no longer needed!!) to turn into biodiesel.

We also offer FiltaCool which controls the humidity in coolers to reduce mildew and make perishables last longer.

FIltaClean is our commercial kitchen deep cleaning offered one time or on recurring basis. We utilize the Daimer KleenJet Supreme 3000CVP Steam Cleaner in our cleaning process. This allows us to leave surfaces clean and sanitized.
This steam cleaner kills 99.99% of harmful bacteria including MRSA, E.Coli and S. aureus, as well as mold species such as Aspergillus niger. Results have been confirmed through independent laboratory tests. The Steam Cleaner fully complies with EPA regulations.
